I need a little help...

Hiya everyone.
I hope that you are all having a great weekend and if you are one of those lucky people that have Monday off I hope that it is just as much fun as the rest of your weekend.
Anyway, I have been busy trying to get some mojo going and make a couple of cards to share for the up coming week.  Of course I got a little side tracked with the need to rearrange all of my stamp storage.
You see,  I purchased a couple packs of the 'Avery Elle'   pockets a couple of weeks ago and for some reason I decided (while in the middle of cleaning my desk top)  that I really needed to start working on it.  lol... What can you do?
So,  getting back to the reason for my post.  I always put labels on my stamps if they don't already have the stamp's name on it.  However while working on my new storage system I came across this cute little Bean that for whatever reason I didn't put her name on here card stock that she came packaged with.  I went over to 'The Greeting Farm' shop in hopes that I could look her up, but as you might have guessed she isn't little there anymore.
That is where you all come into the picture.  I am hoping that someone is as OCD as I am and can tell me what little Bean's name is.
I really can't tell you how much your help would me to me as I so want to get her labeled up and put in with her fellow Bean sisters.  lol...
Well, I am off to work on some other stamps and then head to bed after awhile.  Have a great evening and an even better Sunday everyone.
     Talk at you later.
Hugs, Lisa G

Isn't she just adorable?  I can't believe I don't know who she is.. :O(

Today is your day...Happy Birthday Jayden!

Hi guys.
So, as you might remember I said I wasn't too sure how much I would be around last week.  Well, things got a little crazier than expected (all is ok, just CRAZY!) so as you can see I wasn't even able to take five minutes to sit at my desk and hop around or anything.  :O(  I know right?  lol..
Anyway,  let me get to my card for today.  Over on YouTube Sarah (ScrapfromScratch) is having a September challenge that involves making her soon to be 12 year old daughter a Birthday Card.  I just could not resist making a card for this sweetheart.  Her name is Jayden and she loves the colors hot pick and black.  She wants to dye her hair pink real soon, but from what her Mom is saying she is trying to put that off just a little longer.   I love the idea of Sarah challenge and the fact that her Daughter will have lots of mail real soon.  How fun would that be?  We all just love happy mail.  So, if you want to get in on this you can check Sarah's YouTube channel here.
I decided to go with one of the bigger stamps from the Greeting Farm and give her a little spunk.   I really went out of my comfort zone to make this one.  I am thinking I might have to pull out a Creeper Crew and make her a second card just because I love to color them.  heheee...
Well, I have to work early again tomorrow and I still need to paint my nails, so I had better get a move on.
Hope you all had a great start to your week and I hope to share some more creativeness with everyone real soon.  I need me a CRAFTY FIX real soon.  Come on Friday!!!
Hugs, Lisa G

Hugs and Hisses...

Hi all.
I hope that everyone has had a great weekend.  I was off, but it was still a very fun, full and fast weekend for all of us.  We were lucky enough to help some friends celebrate their anniversary and also get the opportunity to go out of town for the day.
Yes, we headed to the big city for the day on Saturday and you all know that means one tiny little single most important thing on my mind.  Yep... I was able to go the a couple of crafting stores and even though it was not a (wallets full of money) kind of trip I was able to buy a couple of small items that I really wanted and still stay under $20 total!  Yay me!!!
Well as my weekend is quickly coming to an end I thought I would get a quick card up to share with everyone.  This is going to be a 48hr week for me at work, so I am not too sure how many posts I will be able to get up, but I want you all to know how much it truly means to me that you are hanging in there with me.  I just love this.  :O)
I realize that it isn't Halloween just yet, but it is one of the M&Ms favorite holidays.   lol... Believe it or not Jerry and the M&Ms have already started working on this years graveyard decorations.  That was one of the reasons I was able to hit up Michaels and Joanns.  baa ha haa......
Anyway due to that reason I picked up one of their $1 stamps the 'Happy Halloween tag' (I have never gotten in on their seasonal stamps).  I picked up couple Washi tapes from Crafter's Warehouse that were also on sale for $1 and  I just had to use some of my new stuff.  So you now know why the Halloween Card so early in the year.  (I promise there won't be another one for a least a day or too.  heehee...
Now I have to get busy on the three cards I NEED to make for three different people this week.  I guess I have to quite playing around and go get busy and then go to bed. Wish me luck.
Have a great week everyone.
Hugs, Lisa G

Happy Birthday Mom...

Good morning all.
The first thing I have to say is "TGIF" !  I really am not sure what my problem is this week, but I have to tell you I am so totally ready for it to be Friday at 5 o'clock.  It's not like it's been a very hard week, but I have just been so tired and I am completely over it.  At least for this week.  :O)
Next, as you might have guessed it  is my Mom's Birthday, and  I want to wish her a very Happy Birthday! I hope that you have a great day Mom.  We  love you very much.
Last night I was watching YouTube. More specifically 'Scrapbooking Made Simple' and Stacy was showing the new die set from 'MFT' that makes it easy to make your own Washi tape out of paper or ink and stamps.  I was very inspired by her video that I grabbed some of my Washi tape from my stash and make this card.  I then pulled out some enamel dots from MME and picked three different colors that I felt would really bring out the colors in the Washi tapes that I used.    I have to tell you that I really had a great time making this card and even though I didn't use a stamp or a Copic marker I think it turned out very nice.  :O)  I am really happy with this one.
So guys, it's time for me to hit the sheets.  I am up at 5 in the morning to get some walking in and then head off to work and get this Friday started.   I hope you all have a great day and a wonderful start to your weekend.
Hugs, Lisa G

Just for fun...

Hi there.
I am going to make this a quick one as today is going to be yet a busy day.
I was able to pick up this gorgeous Cheeky Lessons from The Greeting Farm last month and I just got the opportunity to color her up a few days ago.
Even though the M&Ms will be going back to school in three very short weeks I am still not quite in the mood for it, so I fussy cut her little apple off so that I could make her look like she is sitting on top of her little sign.  I really love how she turned out.  She really is quite Cheeky and I only wish that the flash on my camera wouldn't have made her eyes shine so much.  I promise that they look perfectly normal in person.
Anyway, I used up some more of the awesome papers that Amy Y sent me when I was lucky enough to win one of her stamps from last months release. I even used one of the card blanks as well.  Thank you Amy.  I have had a great time with them all.
Sorry, but I didn't take a picture of the inside like I always do, as I wrote a personal not in it before I thought about doing it. :O(
Have a great day everyone, and I will talk at you all later.
Hugs, Lisa G

Thanks...

Hi guys.
Did you think I had fallen off the face of the earth?  Nope?  Well I am back and I am hoping that things will start to get back to normal for us all.  I have missed blogging and getting to check out everyone else's blogs as well.
You would think with all this 'down' time I would have a ton of cards to share with you. No such luck.  I literally have sat at my desk about three times in the last month.  However, I am hoping that this past weekend is a new start in the right direction for me.
I don't want to go into the long and very irritating reasons behind my absents, so I am just going to jump into my card for today.
I was very lucky a couple of months ago to win this very pretty stamp set from Scrapbooking Made Simple and I finally got the chance to color it up.  I am not that great at coloring any kind of animals, but I really do love how this little birdie came out.  I have a friend that just loves texture more than anything, so I pulled out a few of my favorite dies along with a beautiful embossing folder to make this card as 3D as I could get it and still get it into an envelope.  lol...
I am going to run as I am still limited on time today, but I wish you all a great start to your week and I hope to talk to you all very very soon,
Hugs, Lisa G
