Monday Fun-Day Circles and Scallops....

Good Morning Bloggers!
I sure hope that you have all had a great weekend.  This is my short week and I have decided to start it off with a positive attitude and look forward to the coming weekend.  lol.... No big plans, just enjoying the extra sunshine each day and the fact that we were able to get in two walks this weekend.  Yay!!!
Mind you we still haven't gotten back to taking as long of a walk as we did last summer, but the wind has really been having it's say, so we tend to just stay within a 7 to 8 block area around our home so that if it really starts up we won't feel cranky when we get through.  If the wind  stays at a mild roar we end up walking our route 2 to 3  times before we head back.. lol.. Silly I know, but we still want to keep everyone motivated without any complaining coming into the picture.  Amazing what a couple of iPod shuffles will do to motivate.  Mind you those also want to talk while we walk.  lol... I love my kids.   After all the M&M are teenagers and they have been known to have their little temper tantrums now and then.  heehee... Ok.... let's get to the real reason why you have showed up on my blogspot   :O)  Kidding!   I'm just in a weird mood at the moment. So....
It's Monday and that means that it is time for our 25th Monday Fun Day over on the Farm Fresh Challenge Blog.... Can you believe it?  Well it is,  and this time we want to see your Circles and/or your Scallops.   Go crazy with it, have fun and most important add it to our Mr. Linky so that have a chance to win one of the Awesome Greeting Farm Stamps!   For my card I decided to use one of the small stamps that came in the 'Sunshine kit' from The Greeting Farm.  I am trying to not overlook the smaller stamps in my rush to pull out my favorite Anya, Ian or a Creeper. lol... So when I pulled out the dragonfly I decided to put it with one of my new paper pads from 'MME' and it got me thinking of my Grandma's garden when I was very little.  There were no flowers  ever left un-watered, and there was always such a beautiful array of colors you would feel like you were sitting inside a rainbow.  :O)  I can still smell the green grass as Grandma would water and we would sit on the huge outdoor swing and talk to her, or play with our Barbies out on the lawn so that they felt like they were camping out in the woods.  Ahhh talk about great memories of a time gone bye.  Ok, ok.....
Before I let you go I just want to remind you all to be sure and head over to the Farm Fresh Challenge Blog and see what the rest of the DT Ladies have made for your inspiration this week.  Also be sure to check out all the Fantastic things the ladies over on the Greeting Farm have been creating lately.  There are even some videos that I really think you'll enjoy even if you've been a stamper for a long time.
Well that's it for me today.  Have a wonderful Monday everyone and I will talk at you tomorrow.
Hugs, Lisa G

So pretty! That patterned paper does make you think about grandma! I love the purple and blue on the dragonfly. Awesome job!

The darn wind kept us inside this weekend, made us a little stir crazy! But my Maddie spent Saturday with me in the craft room, it was really nice! ;)
