Hi guys. I hope you all had a great Wednesday. Mine was a very busy one. I won't bore you with the details. Let's just so I am glad that it is Thursday.
Today's card is for my very good friend who ended up in the hospital Tuesday night with appendicitis. She of course had to have surgery, but everything went well. At this point she is still in the hospital, but on the road to recovery. She is in collage and of all things it is her spring break and she is very relieved that she is not going to be missing any school. lol....As you can guess she is very smart and a very good student.
So, I decided to take out my newly purchased WS-Dressy Ebony digi and give her a blond hairdo. For some reason when I look at this cutie I always see her as a brunette and so I wanted to try something new. I am very pleased with how she turned out. I also decided to use some of my new makingmemories 8x8 paper pack. The colors just make you happy and I love the print with the umbrellas. I used it to symbolize being under the weather. lol...I know I am goofy. Well, it's that time. This has taken me forever just to type this little bit. Lucy decided that she just had to spread out between me and my keyboard. Love getting help from my cat/dog. lol...Yes, I am a pushover.
