Hi guys.
Are you having a good start to your week? I have to admit that mine is going very well. I might have mentioned that I actually signed today and tomorrow off, so I am in a very good mood this morning. I just need to meet up with my Sister today to take the kids school clothes shopping. (not really looking forward to the hours that will take up, but) It is going to be worth it in the end. heehee....
I thought that as the kids are heading back to school that I would make them both cards for the first day back. Mitchell and Madison are both in 7th grade this year, so I wanted to make them a card that would reflect more of a teenager feel to it. :D
So, to start off I wanted to show you the card that I made for Madison. After all ladies first. heehee... Getting back to it. This card was made with Download Diva from KennyK... I have to say that I am liking these digis. They have quite the variety, and they are digis so you can make them any size you would like. I was also able to incorporate music notes into my card as both my kiddies are very much into music (the Beatles, Justin Bieber, Anything Glee....and so on). They tend to take after Jerry and I both when it comes to loving a variety on music. They are also both into Chior at school, so I figured that this would work out so well. Wow, it just accorded to me that I don't have to say that I need to get ready for work. All I have to do is enjoy the quiet on this early morning and check out all of my blog friends' blogs. heehee....I might even get a few minutes to color some of my newest additions. The wonderful Oh Baby set from the Greeting Farm. I was able to pick this set up at Farmers Market, and I am sooooo happy that I did.

She's a perfect image for a teen, so with it! Your coloring is magnificent Lisa, love her hair but I'm surprised you dressed her in Wenatchee HS colors! ;)

Oh Lisa she is jsut so darn cute!!! Perfect image for Madison!!! I love these KennyK images and still nedd to get the new Rock images!! They will be great for all those guy cards. Especially the ones with the love of music like me!! I love the DP and those music notes!! Great coloring on her too!! Have a great time school clothes shopping!! I'm so glad mine is over!
