Sending you....

Heartfelt THANKS....
Hi guys.  I hope you are all having a great week so far.   I am going to just jump into my card as it has been taking so long for me to just download the pictures I don't have much time before I need to head to bed.  lol.. What a complainer?
Anywaaaaay...... my card today is one I made just for the fun of it.  It was so hot all last week that when I saw this stamp over on the Saturated Canary blog I just had to have her.  I love how there is a little drop of sweat coming down her forehead, and of course the fan with the hearts was just the perfect touch.  :O)   I really love this stamp and her sweet little face!  You can just feel how hot she is poor thing..
As you can see I have been trying out new hair color combos for my SMASH book.  I still don't know how much I like this one.  To me it makes her look like she is turning grey.  Mind you it's suppose to be dish water blond.  Oh well, I had a lot of fun coloring her and sometimes that's all that matters.  Keep on practicing right?    However in the meantime I am very happy with the fun bright colors of my card.  I am going to use this one in this month's challenge over on the Oozak blog.  The challenge is to use bright fun colors and I really think she brings it.  lol...
Ok guys,  I am heading to bed as tomorrow is another work day and I am tired!!!
Have a great day.
Hugs, Lisa G
Sorry about how bright this is.  I tried to 'fix' these pictures, and they came out a little over bright.  Ggggrrr!!!

I really over did the saturation on these with the
computer.... So so sorry.

What a sweet image, just perfect for this cross-country heatwave that most of us are in. I can actually feel the sweat dripping down this girlie's forehead! Love this card Lisa, I think her hair is colored perfectly and you always find just the right sentiment!

Very "cool"! (get it, pun intended!) I love her too, but I still haven't colored all of my previous purchases from SC, so I put my self on a spending freeze until I have used each stamp at least one time! Hope you got the SC freebie yesterday, she's holding a cat, right up your alley! (yes, another pun) Great card, thanks for sharing!!

I love how you cut the hair ends out, it really looks like it is blowing, but I agree, this hair color is kinda bland. No way to find out if we don't try though and the bright colors look great!
