HAPPY BIRTHDAY...

Good morning all.
I hope you don't mind, but I am writing this post without my glasses on.  If I type something weird you'll know why.   lol...   Anyway!  I have to tell you that I was so tired last night that I went to bed at 8pm.  I can not remember the last time I went to bed when the sun was still shining through the window.  I remember thinking,  oh well if I wake up in an hour I'll just get up and read for a while.  Well,   needless to say Jerry had to make me get out of bed at quarter to six this moroning and I didn't read at all last night. heehe    I just did not wake and I just did not want to get up.  So here I sit with my hair in it's towel and typing with no glasses on.  lol  Still tired. Grrrr!
I am happy to say that my Mom loved her Birthday card, even though the oldest M spoiled the surprise.  My Dad was going to tell my Mom he had to get something in town and then bring it home to her.  Well when the M&M's called to wish her a Happy Birthday my oldest M told her all about it. lol...  He felt soooo bad.  Not a biggie!   So, now that the card is out of the envelope you get to see it as well.   As you can see I am having a great time with cards that you make a little pocket on and put tags in.  It really makes a fun way for everyone to write their own wish or sentiment to the person getting the card.  My little M even gave me a pack of her flowers that she had gotten from Amy on her Birthday for me to use on Mom's card.  I tried to make them look like they were an overall part of the design.  I of course had to use my newest Anya on this one.  She was perfect!
Ok guys it's time to get the hair ready for work.  Hope you all have a great day.  We are suppose to have a hot one today, but you can sure tell Fall is coming as the nights and early mornings are very very cool.  (I haven't even put on the air yet and if you lived with me you'd know that I come out of my shower and that is the first thing I do. :OD  )  Talk at you tomorrow.
Hugs, Lisa G

This is gorgeous Lisa and I love the idea of the pocket for tags with wishes from everyone, so clever girl! How sweet of Miss M to share the flowers, I'm glad they were able to be used and I love them at the top of the tags! I hope your Mom had a wonderful birthday and you know little dude M must have thought the card was super special to not be able to contain his excitement about it...that's quite a compliment! :)

Bummer! Your little one spoiled the surprise. Well, she loved the card anyway, and really your hard work on it is what counts. (Next year be sneakier LOL). My birthday is coming up next month, Sept. 6 to be exact, and it's a big one!
