BECAUSE I SAID SO...

Good morning everyone. I hope your Monday was a good one. We were super busy as work, but all in all it was a pretty good day. I did however get called from the school to pick up Madison. She is having chest pains again. She is ok, but you can bet that we now have a Dr's appointment on Wednesday after school for her. Wish us luck that they figure out what is going on with our little girl. It is getting very discouraging to think that she is back at school and good to go only to bring her home at 11am...
Ok, while I am on the subject of little Miss Maddie let me tell you. When she read the "Because I said so" challenge over at CA&F blog she jumped at the chance to pick out everything for me to make a card. She wouldn't let me even look at it all until she was completely done with her choices. heehee....So, without further ado here is my card. Made completely from Madison's picks. I have to say I really like it. I think she made a great pick with the colors and all. The gems look more blue in the picture, but they are a light teal like the paper and the three in the bottom left corner are white... This has just been really fun to work on. I am even thinking of having Mitchell pick something out for me to do. Now, that could be very interesting. He is like Jerry. When they pick out their clothes for the day they are only worried about it being clean and warm. They do NOT worry about any of the details. I love my boys, but they are not fussy about their clothes as long as there aren't and holes.
Ok, if your still there I will get on with my supplies and my pictures. Have a great Tuesday guys. Talk at you tomorrow. Hugs, Lisa G

When I first read this challenge I couldn't wait to see what fabulous combo Madison would pick out for you! And she didn't disappoint me...this is fantastic! Love the stamp, colors, papers and embellies she chose, very cool! And Lisa you did a magnificent job putting them all together for a card! Great teamwork, you two!
You must get Mitchell to pick something out, I can't wait to see his too...and I'm betting it will be great!

Oh Lisa ...... when I read the inside of your card it made me cry. Our little ones grow up so fast. This is a totally adorable project and your precious little one did an awesome job with the supplies. Please keep us updated on her health. We are so blessed to have our little angels in our lives, aren't we? My son will start middle school this fall and I have been emotional all week just thinking about it. Sorry, didn't mean to write a book but I just wanted you to know how much the inside of your card touched me. You are a precious lady. Hugs!!
